This Privacy Policy describes how FaceFat AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects,
uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services (the
“Service”). The app package name is com.facefat.app.
By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who we are
FaceFat AI provides face wellness insights, habit tracking, and AI-assisted analysis of selfies you choose to upload. We are the data controller for personal information processed through the app.

Information we collect

How we use your information

AI and automated processing
When you run a face scan, your image may be processed by automated systems (including third-party AI providers) to generate wellness-oriented scores and text insights. Results are estimates for lifestyle purposes only — not medical diagnoses. Do not use the Service for medical decisions.
Permissions
The app may request access to:
- Camera — to capture face scans
- Photo library — if you choose an existing photo
- Notifications — only if you enable reminders
- Microphone — only if a feature you use requires it; you can deny access
You can change permissions in your device settings at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers that help us host, authenticate, store, analyze, or deliver the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, database, authentication, AI analysis, file storage)
- Payment platforms (e.g. Google Play) when you purchase a subscription — we receive purchase status, not your full payment card details
- Legal or safety when required by law or to protect users and our rights
Providers are bound by contracts to use data only to perform services for us and to protect your information.
Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), except where we must retain data for legal, security, or backup purposes. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Data portability (where applicable)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States, where our providers may operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
