These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FaceFat AI app and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Wellness tool — not medical advice
FaceFat AI provides general wellness and lifestyle insights based on photos and information you provide. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical concerns.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others
- Upload content you do not have rights to use
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems
- Misrepresent AI-generated insights as professional medical opinion
5. Subscriptions and payments
Premium features may require a subscription purchased through Google Play (or other app stores). Fees, billing, and refunds are governed by the store’s policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM FACE ANALYSIS OR HABIT TRACKING.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account as described on our Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated in the app where appropriate.
